Policies for Jim Goodall Equipment Sales

New Equipment Purchases

All our new Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Jim Goodall Equipment Sales will assist you with finding a local service center for any warranty issues and can also ship parts direct to you via Fed Ex.

Used Equipment Purchases

All our used equipment has been tested and inspected by our service department and every effort is made to make sure every unit that leaves our facility is as described and 100% functional. If you experience any problems at delivery please contact us immediately.
All our used equipment is sold AS-IS with no warranties.

Return Policy

We will accept returns within 48 hours from delivery if you are unhappy with the unit, experience a problem or the unit does not perform as described. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Any usage or damages will be deducted from the credit. A credit will be issued that can apply to future purchases or another similar item. No cash refunds, No refunds on shipping, sales tax, and fees.

Florida Sales Tax

As a registered dealer in the State of Florida we are required to collect Florida sales tax on items picked up or shipped inside Florida. No sales tax will be added if shipped to your out-of-state address. You are responsible to report unpaid sales tax; check your local laws. Resellers, your tax-exempt information is welcome.

Shipping

Small items and attachments will be shipped with Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex LTL to a business address; residential delivery and tailgate deliveries are additional. Large Equipment is shipped on flatbed/step deck trailers that will require a loading dock or forklift to unload, please contact us if you require special requirements. All purchases are FOB Ft Myers, Fl or from the vendors address if we are drop shipping.

Financing & Leasing

We use our business partner Star Capital for all our retail financing. All applications are subject to credit approval. Star Capital does not share your credit history with us. Please contact them directly with any questions at: 1-800-994-3415.

Payment

We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MC and Discover for small purchases and deposits for larger units. Cash, certified bank checks, or wire transfers. Sorry, no personal checks.
